RETURN POLICY

RETURN WINDOW: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.

EXCEPTIONS: Pre-order and custom-configured items are final sale and not eligible for return.

HOW TO START A RETURN: Email us at info@raceboxsimracing.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 48 hours with next steps.

REFUNDS: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable in any case.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange the best solution for you.
