The Finish on the front black partsparts was less than perfect. Had to pay import and duties fees extra $50 to US . Consider. this when you’re purchasing .that being said good product well built plug n play with simhub
Had an issue with customs and seller was super quick to help out, even though it was not a problem on their end!
Tested the product for a day now and the buttons feel super good and they all work fine.Stickers that come with it are also pretty good.
The only thing missing, in my opinion, is mounting hardware to easily attach it to 40XX aluminum (wouldn't mind paying for it). After sourcing my own, it's sturdy and feels great to use!

An excellent addition to my sim rig. Box is well designed, and fits the Stream Deck perfectly.
My only complaint is how much trouble I had actually mounting the box to my rig. It has VESA 75 style hole pattern in the back, but they take a larger screws than what (I think) is standard for a monitor. I had to cannibalize a VESA plate, leftover from my monitor mounts.
Some included hardware for mounting would go a long way. Some screws, and a plate that is compatible with an aluminum profile rig.
Now that's it's mounted, I'm very happy with it. Great product, and their communication and customer service is excellent as well.

This button box wasn’t available on the website when I found it. I messaged them asking when it would be back in stock. Within a couple of hours I had a response and an offer to preorder. I was contacted a couple of times while I was waiting letting me know the status of the order. It shipped when I was told it would and arrived in perfect condition. The buttons seem to be top quality and give a satisfying “click”. I’ve already recommended this to a couple of sim racing friends. I will be ordering again from Racebox!
The button box is awesome! Been looking at different ones for awhile but most seem dull and bland. Jorge hit this one out the park, both in detail and affordability! Modern look reminds me of a center dash console and best of all it's fully functional. I am VERY happy with my purchase and and the functionality it adds to my rig!

I purchased this along with the flag. The button box is made of cheap material; it's a 3D-printed box that isn't even well-printed, as there are many bubbles in it due to high-speed printing. Additionally, the buttons are not well-mounted. It's too expensive for such quality. As for the flag, they didn't even send me the cable!
Thanks for your comments Mohammad! I regret our product didn’t met your expectations, but In the spirit of consider our customers opinion and improve, I need to clarify the following:
1. In the description of all our products you will find that enclosures are 3D printed. The “bubble” effect you mention, I think you might be referring to the textured fuzzy skin effect we use (it can be seen in our product photos also). Every enclosure takes about 12 to 17 hours of printing (depending on the model) so you can count its not made on high-speed and we don't use cheap filaments.
2. Regarding the cable for the race flag, I’ve checked your order and you only requested and paid for one cable.
3. For the buttons mounting I would like to know more details in order to find issues we can improve. Please feel free to send me an email with the details.

Great button box
The button box on itself is more than fine but I found it to not be completly flat (you can clearly see that de 3D printing is not perfect on the sides and that the bottom of it bends when screwed to close the box). It's not a big issue as it is not visible when mounted on a SimRig. It's the only flaw and all the rest is just perfect.
My biggest issue came from the 60$+ shipping cost to send it via UPS to Europe. UPS charged on top of that 10$ for government taxes (perfectly fine) but also 25$ in 'brokerage taxes'... so it cost me 85$+ just in UPS costs.
Asked per mail raceboxsimracing.com if this was normal from UPS... never got an answer.
So be advised ... if you are on this side of the Atlantic it may cost you that much for shipping.
I was a little skeptical about ordering and paying in advance from Mexico but everything worked perfectly. Very satisfied with delivery, finish and feel of the product. Can only recommend to buy.
The Box is fine but i recive IT with a Lot of scratches my Last review get deleted ...... thats Not okai too .... I cant recommend to buy it ....
Hello Tim, as I mentioned on our previous emails you can find information related to import customs and taxes in the footer of all our pages during the shipping process and also in our shipping policy, and terms and conditions, it has been there since we opened our store in 2020.
About the scratches as I also mentioned in our email, the ones on the back can be eliminated removing the protective film of the Acrylic panel, and the ones on the front as minor as they are we will evaluate them an offer you a solution, even if they could have been produced during shipping or unboxing.
Regarding the mentioned review it wasn’t deleted and you can be sure it’s not a practice we do because Trustpilot simply you can’t, and Judge.Me would penalize us in our ratings.
