PROCESSING TIME: All button boxes are made to order. Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Pre-order items ship as noted on the product page.
CARRIERS: We ship worldwide via Postal Service, UPS and DHL. Exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address. Review our Shipping Policy for full information on transit times.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in the checkout price.

RETURN WINDOW: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
EXCEPTIONS: Pre-order and custom-configured items are final sale and not eligible for return.
HOW TO START A RETURN: Email us at info@raceboxsimracing.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 48 hours with next steps.
REFUNDS: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable in any case.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange the best solution for you.

From the moment I opened the package, I could tell this was a premium product. The carbon fiber finish looks amazing, the buttons have a great tactile feel, and the rotary encoders are smooth and precise. The LED lighting is bright, and the overall build quality feels incredibly solid.
At first, I thought I had received a faulty unit because some of the buttons and LEDs weren’t working. After contacting Racebox Sim Racing, their support team patiently helped me troubleshoot the issue. It turned out that I simply needed to turn on the switch on the back, and one of the cables wasn’t plugged in properly. They even helped me get a really nice dashboard set up. Once I fixed that, everything worked perfectly.
Their customer service was outstanding—they responded quickly, answered every question, and stayed with me until everything was working as it should. It’s rare to find both a high-quality product and such dedicated support. I highly recommend this button box to anyone looking for a premium sim racing experience.
