Order processing time

You should receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order.  If you do not receive the email, please check junk/spam folders to be sure.  This is especially important because if you don’t receive an order confirmation email you will not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

All orders are processed as indicated in the product description. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Due to current COVID-19 situation, delivery delays can occasionally occur.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the shipping company to pick up your package from our office.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Customs, Duties and Taxes on International Orders

Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for all VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, customs charges, handling fees required by your country when importing goods. We are not able to provide exact costs as it varies widely from country to country. Please check prior to purchase if these costs are of concern to you as we have no ability to negotiate, reduce, or change these fees.


Racebox Sim Racing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
