I had a problem with my button box. A couple LEDs went out. He warranties his products for a year and stands behind them. I sent the box back to him over the holidays and he got it back to me in a reasonable manner being located in Mexico! The button box works flawlessly now and looks great on my rig.

Had an issue with customs and seller was super quick to help out, even though it was not a problem on their end!
Tested the product for a day now and the buttons feel super good and they all work fine.Stickers that come with it are also pretty good.
The only thing missing, in my opinion, is mounting hardware to easily attach it to 40XX aluminum (wouldn't mind paying for it). After sourcing my own, it's sturdy and feels great to use!
